A message to our customers;

If you have recently received a postcard telling you that your furnace has a known safety issue and you need to call to get a $30 rebate, PLEASE know that it HAS NOT been sent to you by Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc.  There are NO product safety alerts on any equipment we have installed.

Although you may recognize the name Marcellin Barbier or M. Barbier, the person and company behind this propaganda IS NOT the Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc. you have known and trusted for 54 years.  This postcard is being sent to you by Comfort Now Heating out of Green Bay, the company owner is M. Barbier, but this is NOT Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc. 

We at Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc. would never ask you to call an 866-XXX-XXX number.  Nor would we send you a postcard that tells you your furnace is defective without proper identification from the manufacturer of the furnace.
